High Normal Creatinine Level? - normal creatinine 1.2

I am a man of 21 years. I have the frothy urine about 2 months.I drink lots of water views and if I do, my urine is clear, with foam or very little. When I water, and pee on my next trip to the toilet, my urine very foamy, cloudy, but the bubbles disappear in less than a minute. I do not feel any pain or discomfort when urinating.
I walked through the hospital a month ago and had a urine test was normal and he was also negative for the protein and found no infection. I recently took another trip to the hospital, when I had a urinalysis and blood tests. The urinalysis was normal and no protein. Received a call from the nurse the next day and told me that my BUN (blood urea nitrogen) is normal, blood sugar is normal, but mySerum creatinine increased slightly. The normal range is 0.6 to 1.2 mg / dl, and I was 1.48 mg / dl. My doctor told me that the new test in 6 weeks.
Note that I am a heavy lift. I have been practicing bodybuilding for about 4 years, so I also have a higher protein intake than the average. In the past I have taken creatine supplement and cycled. I went down 2 weeks before cycle creatine. Could my serum creatinine that creatine supplementation has monohyrate before 2 weeks? What should I do with most cases of renal damage at all?

I have a tendency to paranoid the whole time and I can rest. Wait for 6 weeks for another test as hell. Should I worry at all?
